We are glad to be part of the SynergistEIC consortium with the ground-breaking project HydroGenML.

The project addresses the urgent need for efficient and safe implementation of green hydrogen technologies in response to the EU’s target of 55% emission reduction by 2030. By offering a groundbreaking software solution, MPflow®, it revolutionises digital engineering by predicting hydrogen flow in equipment with unprecedented speed and accuracy, enabling virtual testing and design optimisation. This innovation is crucial for industries like transportation, aviation, shipping and energy generation, facilitating the adoption of hydrogen as a clean energy carrier.

The outcome of this project is a digital twin which will enable stakeholders to test different scenarios on their future equipment in the design phase, optimising their equipment, all this virtually and without a physical prototype. The software’s Advanced Computing and Machine Learning capabilities align with the objectives of SynergistEIC, promising significant market scalability, with potential savings of up to €80,000 per project.

The HydroGenML Project democratises Computer Aided Engineering for hydrogen, making complex simulations accessible to non-experts, thus advancing Industry 4.0 goals and fostering rapid decision-making. This unique, AI-assisted platform represents a quantum leap in computational technology, enabling instantaneous predictions and eliminating the need for time-consuming simulations, ultimately driving forward the transition to a hydrogen-based economy.
